Blizzard's Stance on StealthBot

Blizzard Entertainment has, to my knowledge, never given an official stance on StealthBot. The best I can make of it is that, while Battle.net bots are considered "third-party programs" in the Battle.net Terms of Use, Blizzard will only enforce this clause of the Terms if you abuse your bot.

Conclusion: Don't use your StealthBot to spam, disrupt, trick, cheat, steal or manipulate people, and you should be in the clear.

Complaining or reporting abuse

If you think that a posting or a user on StealthBot.net is inappropriate, libelous, mean, or in violation of law in any way, please don't hesitate to contact Andy by e-mail or PM on the StealthBot.net forums.
