I would like to know if there is a way to reduce the delay between getting the command and writing the answer.

I have a sub where I can see, that the bot receives the command a few seconds before he writes the answer, but the delay is changing ... sometimes there is no delay and other times its 4 seconds.

That's called a queue delay and can be set using the queue objects that aren't documented yet. It's highly unnecessary to edit these and, if done wrong, can cause your bot to flood out 5x more often than usual. I suggest waiting until you get some proper documentation rather than have me explain it all to you.
