Looks like. Strangely enough I get a BNET 10053 error when trying to connect to useast.battle.net instead of an IP.

Ok here is something odd, when I try stealthbot using useat, it connects, takes me into the void, when I try an IP i get [04:22:52 AM] [BNLS] Connecting to the BNLS server at phix.no-ip.org...

Prior to this, when I first posted, when I tried to connect myself to east, I would get a message, unable to to connect to server check your modem yada yada yada. Took myself over to west connected no problem.

Just tried east again, this time I connected, the bot still cannot using an IP, I am a chieftan and after managing to connect to east, tried to join my clan room. Clan was restricted. I then checked my profile, and it said I was not a member of any clan.

East is back up now, but appears to be severely broken. (no clans anymore)

Using useast.battle.net works now for me. It resolves to the IP 206.17.175.131. They must have switched/replaced the servers.

I am sorry but I am laughing @ severely broken, here in Australia we would say the server was FUBAR (F***** Up Beyond Recognition), or at the very least rooted (see FUBAR) lol

But on a more serious note why is it always East that cops the hiding (break down), of course it has to be east, that's where my clan is, and my Rexxar Icon *bangs head on keyboard*.

Don't mind me fellas I am a woman and prone to PMS :o

Yes indeed 24 hours after USEast servers back up the runs are all but un-playable at times.

Any run with a regular group of 6 to 8 in D2 runs will only get 1 to 2 in game and 4 or more while in game will get CI'd.

I believe D2 servers have been halved to give D3 more server space.

Any idea's?

We’ll be performing an approximate six hour maintenance on the USEast/Azeroth realm to rollback Warcraft III clan data to their pre-migration settings. This means that all clans will be set back to their original standing from June 20. No other games or data should be impacted as this rollback is specifically targeted to reset Warcraft III clans.

Maintenance will begin tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. PDT/12:00 p.m. EDT, July 3, and is scheduled to conclude no later than 3:00 p.m. PDT/6:00 p.m. EDT the same day.

You can find information on the original error that wiped all Azeroth Warcraft III clan data here: http://forums.battle...No=1&sid=3000#6

Which failed, HORRIBLY...
They shut the realm down again last night...
Now I can't connect at all, what so ever.

I can. I could connect after 1 am.

We're bringing USEast back down to roll back to data from before today's maintenance as we've run into issues with the Warcraft III clan fix. This will reset USEast/Azeroth to data from when today's maintenance began.

We anticipate USEast/Azeroth to be down for approximately three hours, returning by approximately 10:00 pm PDT / 1:00 am EDT.

It bites doesn't it? east has been FUBAR. Okay so it was a mistake, hasn't battlenet heard of backing up there systems? I mean any PC user with half a brain knows to back up there system in case of catastrophic failure. Which makes me wonder if the techs at battlenet have half a brain between the lot of them??

You back up the data first, then you swap out hardware, then you restore with the backed up data
