When I join from Warcraft III my ping is always 47-63 and I have no troubles or lag and very big bandwidth. I am hosting games with Ghost and people never complained of lag or anything. However, my stealthbot always connects on 300 ms or higher and sends me command responses so slow that it is pretty useless.

[09:03:08 PM] <w3Dinko> .whoami
[09:03:14 PM] <w3Power> w3Dinko holds rank 200 and flags

From this you can see that it took him 6 seconds to tell me my rank.

Bot is installed from scratch and has no additional plugins or scripts. Everything is on default.

Please help me :(

Try to disable 1 by 1 plugins and scripts and checking if it continues showing that error.

Would you mind telling us how you fixed it?

There is a known yet random error that appears for a few selected users where StealthBot won't work properly (e.g. slow command responses) when a fullscreen application is running. Once the application is closed, StealthBot should behave normally. A fix for this error wasn't found yet because it happens to none of the devs.
