Basic Users:
    %0 -- Username of the guy triggering command.
    %1+ -- Default %X is always <%X:Word> -- Allows Unlimited %X.
    %rest -- Default is always <%X:String>.
    %nl -- Replaced by vbNewLine


Advanced Users:
    <%1+:Word> -- Required Word
    <%1+:Numeric> -- Required Numeric
    <%1+:String> -- Required String
    [%1+:Word] -- Not Required Word
    [%1+:Numeric] -- Not Required Numeric
    [%1+:String] -- Not Required String
    %Get(<Code>) -- Return Value
    %Run(<Code>) -- Choose-able Code


Script.ini:
    Get=-1 -- %Get() Can only be used inside bot.
    Run=-1 -- %Run() Can only be used inside bot.

Build-In Commands:
    .cmdadd <r> <w> <a>
      Alias .addcmd: Adds Custom Commands
      <r> = Required access to use the command, between -1 and 200. (For public commands, use 0.)
      <w> = Command keyword
      <a> = Actions to take if a user uses the command

    .cmddel <w>
      Alias .delcmd: Deletes Custom Commands
      <w> = Command keyword

    .cmdlist
      Alias .listcmds: Lists the current custom commands and their required access levels.
