Debugged:
 [23:38:37.575] .NewParameter(%1, False, Word)
 [23:38:37.640] .NewParameter(String, Boolean, String)
[23:38:37.666] Scripting runtime error '13' in Custom Command Editor: (line 115; column 0)
 [23:38:37.687] Type mismatch: 'NewParameter'
 [23:38:37.710] Offending line: >>

Code:
    If OpenCommand(Command.Name) Is Nothing Then
        With CreateCommand(Command.Name)
                        AddChat vbGreen, StringFormat(".NewParameter({0}, {1}, {2})", Splitted(0), (Left(Str(X), 1) = "["), Splitted(1))
                        AddChat vbGreen, StringFormat(".NewParameter({0}, {1}, {2})", TypeName(Splitted(0)), TypeName((Left(Str(X), 1) = "[")), TypeName(Splitted(1)))
                        .Parameters.Add .NewParameter(Splitted(0), (Left(Str(X), 1) = "["), Splitted(1))
        End With
    End If

i've used it like this in a lot of other scripts and never got this problem before..

Fixed it, assuming NewParameter is using "ByRef".
