Stealthbot on Korean locale help

Well when I was searching for a solution for this I found you need to "Use Microsoft AppLocale to set SB/SB Loader to eesie "

I'm unclear on the eesie part. If anyone could elaborate it would be very helpful.

If you would actually try loading up AppLocale you will eventually get to a page where it asks you what language to use.
eeise is one of those languages.

eesti you mean? I kept looking for an eesie option in both applocale and stealthbot. Or is there an eesie somewhere and I don't have the language pack for it?
